Fermentation method
Sparkling wine with the “Martinotti-Charmat” method. The Italian method involves refermentation in an autoclave for a period of at least 30 days, so as to preserve the typical aromas of these grapes.

pairings
To taste it, a rather large tulip glass is advisable, which allow the aromas to be appreciated in their richness. Excellent to accompany aperitifs and hors d’oeuvres, with short seasoned salumi, delicate fish, fresh cheese and vegetables. It assures pleasure even away from meals.
